Terms of Service
Welcome to Say Yes Wedding Chapel. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the ceremonies, packages, and add-on services we provide in Henry County, Georgia. By booking a reservation or using this site, you agree to the terms below.
01 Our Services
Say Yes Wedding Chapel is a boutique micro-wedding venue offering intimate ceremonies for couples and their guests. Each package includes a licensed officiant and a styled, photo-ready chapel for a one-hour ceremony window, with optional enhancements available as add-ons. Package contents, guest limits, and pricing are described on our website and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed in writing.
02 Reservations & Confirmation
Submitting a reservation request through our website is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your date and time are held only once we confirm availability and you have paid the required deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation that cannot be accommodated, with a full refund of any deposit paid in that circumstance.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract to book with us.
03 Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your total secures your date once availability is confirmed. The remaining balance is due in full prior to your ceremony date. Accepted payment methods and due dates will be provided with your confirmation. Add-on selections and any additional guests or coverage hours are billed at the rates shown at the time of booking.
04 Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Refunds
All cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund, Late & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before booking.
05 Marriage License
Obtaining a valid Georgia marriage license is the sole responsibility of the couple. You must present a valid, unexpired marriage license to your officiant on or before your ceremony date. We cannot perform or solemnize a ceremony without a valid license, and failure to provide one does not entitle you to a refund of your deposit.
06 Use of the Chapel & Conduct
- Guest counts may not exceed the limit of your chosen package. Additional guests require the corresponding add-on and our written approval.
- The chapel arrives styled and photo-ready. Open flame, confetti, glitter, rice, and adhesive fixtures are not permitted without prior approval.
- You and your guests agree to treat the venue, furnishings, and staff with respect. We may end a ceremony, without refund, in cases of unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behavior.
- You are responsible for any damage to the venue or its property caused by you or your guests.
07 Outside Vendors
Couples may bring their own photographer, florist, or planner with the purchase of the Outside Vendor add-on and our prior approval. All outside vendors must conduct themselves professionally and comply with venue rules. We are not responsible for the conduct, products, or services of any third-party vendor you engage.
08 Photography & Media
Photographs and video captured by our team are provided as described in your package. We may also photograph the chapel and ceremonies for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer that your images not be used publicly, simply let us know in writing before your ceremony and we will honor your request.
09 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Say Yes Wedding Chapel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation in question. You and your guests attend at your own risk and agree to hold the venue harmless for personal injury or property loss except where caused by our gross negligence.
10 Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule your ceremony at no additional venue fee, subject to availability.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date your reservation is confirmed governs your booking. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts of Henry County, Georgia.
We’re happy to walk you through anything in these Terms before you book. Reach out any time.
