This page explains what we collect when you visit our website, send us a question, join our newsletter or reserve a date, and what choices you have. We never sell your information.
01 What We Collect
When you send an enquiry or reserve a date, we keep what you type in: your names, email, phone number, wedding date, guest count and any notes. When you join our newsletter, we keep your email address. We use this only to plan and run your ceremony, to answer you, and — for the newsletter — to send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
02 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find us and use the public pages of this site — for example, how many people look at our packages, start a reservation, or tap to call us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), and the kind of device and browser you use.
How to opt out: install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it, and Google Analytics then stores no cookies for you. Most ad blockers also block it. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com.
03 Forms & Email
Our forms are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. Emails from us are sent through our email provider. Booking confirmations, receipts and messages about your ceremony are sent even if you unsubscribe from the newsletter, because they are part of your booking.
04 Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. We keep a record of what you paid and when.
05 Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any newsletter email. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you; we will keep only what we must for accounting or legal reasons.
